Blackened Salmon
with Gouda Cauliflower Rice & Broccoli
Our blackening spice, made with a special blend of herbs and aromatics, lends smoky notes to oven-baked salmon. Once cooked, the spice blend creates a deeply browned (almost black) coating, delivering bold flavor. The salmon is served over a bed of cauliflower rice made ultra-creamy thanks to the addition of gouda cheese. A cajun tomato gravy, made with the classic trinity of onion, bell pepper, and celery, is ladled over broccoli florets on the side.

MICROWAVE • 1. Remove outer packaging and pierce plastic film a few times with a fork or sharp knife to vent. 2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. If needed, continue to heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. 3. Let stand for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film. Transfer contents to a plate and enjoy!
